The 2014 Tondonia Tinto Reserva already feels wonderfully approachable from the nose. Generous, elegant raspberry and redcurrant fruit emerges, framed by classic ‘Tondonia’ aromas of autumn leaves and jamón ibérico, along with a hint of raspberry tea. Fine, sweet strawberries come through on the palate which is so refreshing with that wonderful mid-weight balance that defines this wine. Subtle, savoury flavours linger effortlessly on the long and supremely harmonious finish.
