Description
The BC45 Control Plate is set at 45° to follow the contour of the tongue. If a horse pushes against the bit with its tongue, the plate encourages it to draw back and tuck the chin in. Unlike a Dr Bristol, the plate doesn’t sit with its edge on the tongue. The 2½ ring cheek adds poll pressure and leverage, and is the softest of the ring bits.
